Recent Renovations - Almost Done!

Two current large, full home renovations that are in the final stages of completion.

The first is a lakeside condo.  We are transforming this space into a parisian apartment. The millwork is VG Fir, with a rich stain treatment. The coffered ceiling is just going up. Wainscotting and luxurious wallpaper will be the next steps.

An amazing custom kitchen with scrolled detailing and stone backsplash will layer the elements to achieve the detail and fine european look the clients' wanted.

The second renovation underway is an older home that we have renewed with a newly configured great room, addition of a powder room and all new flooring and cabinetry in kitchen and bathrooms.  The use of light cabinets and rich hardwdood floors reflects the character of this home.

Below is shown the previous dated corner fireplace being removed! After removal the new great room is opened up and the light from the back windows floods the space with light!
